Asia Pacific Capital announced today, on behalf of their client, the acquisition of the Los Angeles Airport Marriott, a 1,004 room hotel located at 5855 W. Century Blvd. In a transaction that marked the highest price an investor has paid for an L.A. hotel this year, the buyer, XLD Group, purchased the hotel for $160 million from Diamond Rock Hospitality, Co.
