November 21, 2013 – Asia Pacific Capital announced today, XLD Group has acquired the 487 room, 17 stories, full-service Marriott Hotel in Torrance, CA. The hotel is managed by Marriott, built in 1985,and is located adjacent to the major Del Amo retail shopping mall in the greater Los Angeles area. XLD Group plans to acquire additional hotels in the U.S. markets. Eddy Chao, President of Asia Pacific Capital Company, and advisor to the buyer, stated the hotel will undergo a renovation and focus more on corporate business after its repositioning.
